Office distraction

Office distraction

Part 1

Lance opened a case file from his desk. Something about another merger. Today he was simply not in the mood for that type of request that needed his attention.

Christine had so politely requested he review for accuracy before it was submitted to the partner. Honestly, the woman was so much more than what you first saw. It was the second time he’d felt for into her web and this despite his better judgement and maturity.

He often wondered what Christine was doing.

Why him?

She could have conquered anybody with that intoxicating smile and abundant charisma. Not that he was complaining. She was by no means a burden to look at everyday.

You just never knew what to expect when she came in.

That she had actually made it into the MBA program and finish first of her class was a surprise to him, but only served to intrigue him more.

Christine was untouchable and he should stay away from her for his own protection. Ah yes, she knew him too much and that only ever served to deepen the temptation.

At first he regarded her with some kind of protectiveness, being so much younger than him.

Yes at first and only at first.

Was it his fault she wore beautiful short skirts and left one extra button undone on her blouse?

Or that her shirt would sometimes ride up, revealing incredible legs…. his weakness?

He could almost swear she did it on purpose.

Maybe she did.

Just watching her around the office was disturbingly arousing. She had such skill that she usually got what she wanted.

Her soft, red painted lips parting between words and her chest rising slightly with every intake of breath was enough in his mind to bend her over the desk and…

The sudden and unexpected sound of his office door opening caused him to jolt
back to reality. Momentarily stunned that the object of his current fantasy was
standing in his doorway on a brand new pair of crutches.

He couldn’t for the life of him stop looking at her right leg. Starting at her foot and stopping inches below her knee she was wearing a leg cast. A red cast that was matching her beautiful lips.

Luckily she didn’t seem to notice him staring or did she?
